Upon our receipt, you will be sent a Confirmation of Reservation and some travel details. Please do not finalise your travel plans until you have received your confirmation. Important information

1.   The Phoebe Institute for Religious Studies is a Canadian charity offering religious education. We are responsible for the course offering. To assist our participants we have reserved a block of rooms at the Kalamaki Beach Hotel, that we will book in your name on receipt of your registration form and deposit cheque. The room charge is included in your cost. We are not a travel agency and are receiving no commission from the hotel.
2.   You are responsible for making your own travel arrangements to and from your home and Corinth train station. Information on this train service will be provided with your confirmation. If you require insurance, such as cancellation, medical, baggage insurance etc. please obtain this with the help of your travel agent.
3.   The course will be conducted in a non-smoking environment for all inside activities.
4.   Included in the cost: hotel accommodation for 7 nights, breakfast and dinner for 7 days, morning coffee when at the hotel, taxes and gratuities connected with accommodation, transportation to and from Corinth train station and for scheduled excursions, lectures and related activities and some course material.
5.   NOT included in the cost: lunch daily, alcohol and other beverages (except wine at opening and closing dinners), telephone calls, laundry and other items of a personal nature, transportation and other fees connected with free time activities.
6.   For individuals requesting to share a room, we will match based on your smoking declaration above. If a match is not found by final payment date then we will try to identify a triple room option otherwise the single room supplement will apply.
7.   I acknowledge, understand and agree that neither The Phoebe Institute of Religious Studies nor any of its Directors, Officers or Volunteers shall be or become or held liable or responsible for any loss or expense, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services provided by others whether approximate or remote.
